The Programmatic arm of RTB focuses on music production education for students in grades K-12. Students range from novice to advanced. The RTB curriculum was strategically designed based on the specific needs of the Memphis Urban Community. First, students in the community have a lack of enrichment opportunities that are both accessible and affordable. With 6 out of 10 of students living in poverty, it is difficult for families to pay for high-quality, transformational opportunities. With that in mind, RTB provides a platform for students to receive a quality experience.
